hit on me all the time? Is it because they're more outgoing, because failure doesn't matter to them(because they have someone), or what? It makes me not want to get married.

When is it too late to fight for the person you love? When is it too late to try? When is it too late to tell them you want them back and you made a mistake? When is it too late to tell him you miss him?

My friend has been seperated from his wife for about six months now. He has all three of their children living with him, but yet he gets no financial help or very little of it from her. She goes out and parties all the time and does not help him with food or child care while he is at work. I just don't know how to tell him that she is taking advantage of him. How can I tell him in a nice way? I allready have, but he doesn't seem to listen!

him everyday how wonderful he is to you, and how much he is loved and appreciated. Men need to hear these things also...even
tho they might not seem to "need" it as much as a woman does,
men have their soft spots also-and need their hearts/egos stroked as often as we do. It may be terribly old-fashioned, but I am at my
happiest when I am enveloped in love---it feels wonderful and makes me feel so complete. Are you confident enough to admit
this to your man and to yourself?

Okay so here is my lonely situation! I have no family no mother, no father, nothing! So to me it is very important to be loved, the problem lies within me though! I am constantly worried that the person I am currently seeing is going to leave me, whether it be intentional or not. I want to give my heart to him, but find myself backing away slowly but definatley surely! I do it with everyone friends, boyfriends, co-workers....EVERYONE! I am sometimes afraid that I am SO jaded that I amy never love or get loved again. I So the question here is give my heart to this person or not?

Ok, a few years ago, my mom used to have a mean, abusive boyfriend. He was verbally, mentally and physically abusive to her and something strange happened in the middle of their relationship.

There was a town festival going on, and I suppose he didn't want her to go out anywhere and didn't want any other men to see her as a lot of people were around. Anyways, my mom woke up with this really weird mark above her eyebrow. It looked like a big spider bite, maybe I thought he could have tried to poison her with cianide (spelling?) or something. Now I don't know if he was really trying to kill her or just poison her enough so she couldn't go anywhere for the week, but for the whole week she couldn't hold anything down, not even water, she would be throwing it all up and couldn't hold anything in her stomach, she was so sick. She went to the town doc's and they said they never saw anything like it. Anyone have any ideas of what could have happened to her?

I have lived in this neighborhood for over a year...and I have just started to get to know the neighbors more...before our kids just played together...well the past couple of neighborhood functions...I have been completely ignored by this woman and her husband. I am sure they talk about me behind my back..she won't even look at me or smile at me when walking by. But the thing is she is a loud mouth and is ALWAYS talking to someone in the neighborhood...just never me. I am really shy - and the other neighbors know this...as I am sure she does...but she even goes so far ast to try to STOP any conversation my husband is involved in with another neighbor of ours - she does this by continuously interrupting and asking questions of the other neighbor...when my husband tried to start a conversation with her she just blew him off. I don't know if it's because I am Korean?...or that she is 40 and I am 28...to me age doesn't matter...we both have children...I am sure I didn't do anything..

Ok for all those people who dont know me..Iam madly in love with my best friend and i dont know whether he loves me or not. He is staying in another country because of work, but this time when he met me, he gave me mixed signals. He told me slowly one by one that he liked what i wore....he liked my hair ...he liked my eyes...and then he stopped. He has called me more than he usually does.Is that normal best friend behavior or am i deeply mistaken???

My husband used to work in daycare, and for awhile he was going to college with a major in 'Special education.' I know he's smart, but when we discuss any difficulties that we're having with our kids (two-year-old son, three-month-old daughter) he usually ends up giving me a lecture like I'm his student. Although I do listen and give most of his ideas a chance...a lot of what he says is not very practicle to our family. When I (kindly) make other suggestions he seems to either get defensive or give up on finding a solution. What can I do to have better communication with him?

Say you've been with this guy for two years, you have a kid with him, he has previously cheated on you, and he just broke up with you. OK now you're getting drunk with his best friend talking about it, and yall wind up getting in on. You and your dude work things out and get back together, mostly for the good of the kid, and you and his friend decide what he don't know won't hurt him, right? Nine months later, you have a kid, not knowing which of them is the father. Your dude has no idea it might not be his, but yall give it up for adoption because you are too young for this s*** and can't take care of it. Now, two years later these people decide to send you a picture and he looks just like your dude's best friend. Oh yeah, the friend didn't even know you were pregnant, because he moved not long after this all happened. Would you tell your man? Would you tell the friend? Or should you just keep it to yourself?
