Ok, a few years ago, my mom used to have a mean, abusive boyfriend. He was verbally, mentally and physically abusive to her and something strange happened in the middle of their relationship.
There was a town festival going on, and I suppose he didn't want her to go out anywhere and didn't want any other men to see her as a lot of people were around. Anyways, my mom woke up with this really weird mark above her eyebrow. It looked like a big spider bite, maybe I thought he could have tried to poison her with cianide (spelling?) or something. Now I don't know if he was really trying to kill her or just poison her enough so she couldn't go anywhere for the week, but for the whole week she couldn't hold anything down, not even water, she would be throwing it all up and couldn't hold anything in her stomach, she was so sick. She went to the town doc's and they said they never saw anything like it. Anyone have any ideas of what could have happened to her?

My mom finally left him 5 years ago and this incident had happened a while back while they were together and she is in good health now... it's just that we will always wonder what happened to her to make her so sick. I still think he poisoned her somehow.

Wow that is so scary. I'm so glad she isn't with him anymore.
He probably stuck some sort of needle in her forehead. He probably didn't take the time to find a vein or anything like that and just jabbed her with some sort of mild poision. There are so many different ones, I have no idea what it could be.
I don't think it was a spider. Where would he have found one and got it trained to prick her forehead?
Whatever it is, I am glad you are both moved on and have this terrible person out of your lives!

I dont think it is cyanide, because that would mean instant death.
He may have given her Anti Freeze or something like that.
You damn right, he must have and would still be poisoning her.
Take her to a Doctor, a good one. The one that would deal with home poisoning cases.
Get a good lawyer as well. Sue him for all that he is worth.

dude, if this is true, then call the police on that man. how can your mother stay with this man?
i think that he might of put on poisonous spider on her forhead and it attached your bother. so she must have something in her blood stream. orrrr he could of stuck a niddle into her and put some poison in her or some drug.
your mother needs to be treated for his and you need to do something to make that man leave. he is no good.
