I am Asian and for years I wanted to know why many Caucasian fellas are attracted to Asian women... What makes Caucasian men want Asian women? What do they think is special about them?

It's not just your looks...
It's also the culture. Asian women treat men differently than western women.
The East has always been more spiritually rooted and the West leans more towards materialism.
Because of this there are definite differences in attitudes toward family, cultures, the role of men and women in society.
Western family values have been degrading since WWII to 1950.
This has not been the case in Asia. Family values are still fairly strong compared to the West.
Women make the family, men do too, but it's her special talent. Mother nature just made humans that way (as well as many other species).
Additionally there are also financial considerations. The West is very Rich compared to the East. Asian women are not as greedy, for lack of better terms.
Basically, what it all boils down to is that you just treat us much more nicely and with a lot more respect.
That's a good thing. We like it a lot.

No. One of my best friends likes Asian men more than caucasian men. I knew this Asian guy, and he wasn't attractive at all but I ended up liking him (and so did a lot of my friends) because he was really nice.

I know I'm probably going to be cursed for this, lol, but I think that in a woman dominating world white guys can't deal with challenges. No offense to asian women, because they are intelligent and very nice, but coming from a different culture they were raised to not ask for too much, be happy with what they have, and not complain. This, in today's materialistic world, is heaven for guys. lol. Well, whatever asian women are doing to attract white men, keep it up if it's working for them. In the end of the day, if they're happy it doesn't matter why.

the majority of asian girls i've seen are very shy...that for me is sexy. Another thing is that most of the asian women are petite...this is kinda a fantasy for bigger buffers guys...i guess they think they can throw them around in bed...i dont know honestly. But yeah asians arer sexy on a whole!!

why not? but to answer your question, we likes the voices, the body types, the proportions, and asian women are usually pretty intelligent

asians aren't that hot...some are pretty though.
