Confidence. Regardless of what you are doing, whether you are trolling for a date or interviewing for a job, if you are comfortable and happy in your own skin, it shows. It also reassures them of fears they have. Meeting people for the first time is naturally a stressful experience. Having confidence in yourself allows others to feel the same way about themselves.

What u first look to the person you first know is the way of dressing and elegance...then, the way you talk and your smile.In addition, your way of talking, u need confidence and be sure about what u saying..don't move your hands alot while you are talking. u must look to every one you talk to..

you absolutely have to be yourself 100%.... if you dont then that is the worst thing that you could do....dont be fake be real....and also dress nice and make sure you have on nice shoes...
