My friend has been seperated from his wife for about six months now. He has all three of their children living with him, but yet he gets no financial help or very little of it from her. She goes out and parties all the time and does not help him with food or child care while he is at work. I just don't know how to tell him that she is taking advantage of him. How can I tell him in a nice way? I allready have, but he doesn't seem to listen!

Courts won't go for it. My pops raised me and while he was going to college, he petitioned for Child support. They told him to drop out of college and get a job. The judicial system is very rough on men and very leanent with women. It may be years before he sees a dime. It's prolly not what you want to hear but unfortunatley it's very true. At the same time it doens't hurt to try thou so have hime look up some family Lawyers on line and start from there.
