Me and my boyfriend of a year and a half just broke up. Now he's being a jerk. I want to get over him, but I still love him (I know it's so pathetic). We've been broke up for like only a week. I don't know what to do. He's already talkin to another girl (haha, but she dont want him). I just want to know how to get over his ***.

our bud from school is dating one of my friends and before my guy and i got together i was flirting with him on one occasion where he got me wet and then we talked for hours on the phone. i told this to my guy before we were together so now he trips out when the two of them are hanging out and he doesnt answer his phone i call his bud to get his attention and he goes nutz about it. how do i get it thru his mind, this guys only a friend now and that im inlove with just the one i fell inlove with.?

We haven't had sex in 4 years (I'm only 36) and there's just nothing there any more. I love him like a brother, but I want more. Okay so my sister and I are really close and tell eachother everything... but the problem is we are both close to our dad and when I tell her something even if it can have devastating effects on my life if other people knew she goes off and as soon as she can tells our dad. And then I find out that he knows and everything gets awkward. Like for example *this didnt happen but its similar to what she told. Say we went to Las Vegas for a bachlorette party and my boss was there... and he hit on me and we didnt have sex but kissed and he wanted me to be his mistress... and I disclosed this to my sister in confidence that she wouldnt say a word knowing that I am in a relationship of 6 years and that it would have devastating effects on it. So she takes this info and within 12 hours indulges into a conversation about it with our father who now... hates my boss and is acting awkward towards me and believes that the newest strand of cranky arguements with my bf are bc Im with my boss.(not true)

Thing is, it's not a traditional meeting. We're very serious about our relationship and have been together for over a year. Now, under normal circumstances, I know I would wear a nice outfit and bring a bottle of wine or something of the sort and would be prepared for the rest of the stuff that goes along with meeting your significant other's parental units. But I'm only meeting his mother, and it's because we're going skydiving for my boyfriend's birthday.

I can't dress up to impress, 'cause I need to be comfortable enough to jump out of a plane! (Yes, she's diving as well!). So, I'm not sure what kind of shirt to wear. I'm clueless about what would be okay for skydiving anyway!

And it might be awkward to bring something, yeah? I should probably just save that for the first time I actually have dinner or go to their house to properly meet his mom AND dad. I think?

I don't know!

My wife told me a bit after we got married that she has some $ in her mothers account which is hers and she wanted to keep it that way. I was very upset with this because she did not give me a reason why.

The money is not earning any interest as far as I know. I asked her to transfer the money into a joint account or her own account where the money can earn interest. She said she will think about it and didnt want to talk more about the topic.

Several months pass, we are purchasing a new home. I am selling my place and we are using our joint savings for the downpayment. We discussed if she will use that money now towards the downpayment and she agreed, but held off since we had enough money after all as it turned out. Ever since then, I have been asking her to get the money transfered.

Today she finally talked with her mother. So she tells me that her mother is keeping the $ for a rainy day for us and she trusts her with it. I should also trust her. What!? I feel betrayed
