I think you've stated it perfectly....
Say exactly THIS... but to him.
You have to save yourself. You're doing him a favor too... although he may not be able to see it just yet.

Sit down with him, tell him how you feel, tell him that you want an open relationship and that you would feel better if the 2 of you took a break. Dont get a divorce, try new things. In the bedroom, try (if your into this) bringing someone else in the room with you and spicing it up a bit. Maybe he is just really stressed out. But out of everything, dont just give up. Tell him that you want him to change

sex in four years, that's a big problem, getting the spark back shouldn't be this hard, something went wrong between the both of u, sit down and talk about it, the sex, how u feel and the same with him, talk not argue, the love is there and soon it will spark right up, be honest to each other and the light will come down on both of your, marriage ain't easy life is good let it be great...

If he is perfectly content with your relationship, you wont be able to tell him that you want a divorce without hurting him. Have you tried counseling? Or remind him that you once wanted a divorce and he wanted you try again. Tell him you tried again, but it is still not working!
Good luck to you.

If you are unhappy, you're now hurting two people. Him and you. What good are you serving by staying? Be blunt and to the point. Tell him you are not in love with him anymore and you don't want to continue to live a lie. Good luck.

I'm 42, in a similar situation. We have sex but not enough. Not nearly enough and feels like she just puts up with it mostly at times. Maybe we should hook up and do it 20 times a week while staying friends with our spouses since we like them and they are basically nice people, right. I feel the same. What part of the US are you in?

try talking to him when hes calm. otherwise he'll blow up. if he doesnt listen, calmly explain y u want a divorce and he might understand. hey, he might feel the same way about u!!
just in case though, u might want 2 get a lawyer beforehand.
