I work at a big university, and I would like to ask a student out, how do I approach her and ask her out without loosing my job, or getting rejected, or getting embarresed, or anything else. My university doesn't prohibit employees dating students, but it dosent exactly encourage it either.

I just moved to 2000 miles away from my old home. My ex came along for the drive cuz I drove cross country with our daughter and a lotta cash. Now he's leavin in 5 days and super depressed about it. I know he's goanna miss her but he has to go. I'm goanna miss him. I love him but with circumstances it just won't work out. Is there anything any of you can advise to make the separation easier on all of us? He's going 2000 miles away and very anxious as to when he'll see our daughter again. And she's going to take it very hard looking for daddy and he won't be there...any thoughts?

I have filed now and get the papers soon, he doesnt want to sign. He said I have to wait until, he returns from basic and AIT, that would extend it longer. I was hoping for the 30-90days. Do I have to wait to serve him or can he be served in basic?

I met this guy out side a club we exchanged number and we have been talking on the phone for about a mounth...I just recently met up with him and he said I was marriage material... then he asked this if he was to get me pregnant would I work on a marriage with him...Wow that was a bit much for me... and i am scared now... he is a nice guy...but I dont want to think about sex and kids with him yet.. well sex yes but not kids...is it to soon to have a kid talk?

I live with my dad. My mom lives like an hour and a half away from where I do. My dad is married to my stepmom who is a huge *****. They already got mybrother out of the house by making him go crazy on them. No she is starting to put the pressure on me. She is always yelling at me and telling me that I'm going to be a bad kid like my brother. My dad ALWAYS sides with her no matter what. Even though she bitches at me all the time in return my dad is very nice to her kids. I can't move out until I graduate from High School because they signed papers that said I couldn't. If i go crazy they will send me away like they did my brother and i won't be able to see my best friend, who i just met up with again after not seeing her for 2yrs straight. I graduate next March but I don't know if i can take them yelling at me anymore. I can take an *** kicking but I can't take it when I get yelled at. What do I do and how can I keep from going crazy like my brother.

I have been seeing a guy for about a month and a half. When we are together things are great. However he tends to cancel dates or make them at the last minute. He says this is because he knew I was seeing someone else, which I was because I saw his profile was back up. We have confessed to each other everything,recently . I stopped seeing the other guy, told him I just want to be with him. He says he does love me and wants a fresh start. However we have no plans for the weekend yet, despite the fact I asked. Now i know appearance is always your first impression of someone, but my 18 yo brother is the nicest person in the world. I mean he's not ugly, just overweight (probably about 300lbs :S). Anyways, he's shy about his weight and stuff so doesn't really talk to new girls much. The ones who really know him know how sweet he is. So my question is if someone like him approached you and seemed like a nice guy, would you still probably blow him off or give him a chance. In all honesty, i know most people will say that its all about personality, but would still refuse to look past appearance.
