I work at a big university, and I would like to ask a student out, how do I approach her and ask her out without loosing my job, or getting rejected, or getting embarresed, or anything else. My university doesn't prohibit employees dating students, but it dosent exactly encourage it either.

Ask her out but do it with care. Avoid expecting too much from it. Keep it open, not too close, avoid holding and touching when you do not need to. This should draw her close if she wants to get close and the rest will be what Adam and Eve did and everyone else followed suit. It then will be a case of two in a tango and not you preying on students.

1. Check your work papers - make SURE that you can date students. If you are positive that you can date students and she IS of age, then just ask her out.
2. If she isn't of age, if your school doesn't allow it, or if you feel that your job may be in jeapordy over just asking her out, DON'T do it.
3. "loosing" isn't a word. You may lose your pants or your pants might be too loose, but you can never loose something.

Dont Worry, Be Happy - Be Optimistic, Call her for Coffee and build a similar story during discussion and tell her that one of your freind needs advise in that situation, not reveling yourself. Check for her answer, if +ve express ur self otherwise leave it there.

instead of directly asking her out, you may want to try making friends with her first...test the waters so as not to be embarrassed or rejected.. its like moving up a ladder man.. do it step by step coz its slow but surely a better way up...

A safe bet is to find some one else unless jeopardizing your job is of no concern to you and she is worth becoming unemployed over.

dude, go for it. ask her for date. if you don't, you'll be thinking "what if" all your life. take a chance.
