I was dating a girl for a long time. We are best friends and I mean the world to her. I love her with all my heart and would die for her in an instant. We are currently not dating, because of my choice of being in the Marines, but she refuses to see anyone and cries all the time that she is worried I will never go back to her. She is gorgeous and we never argue and talk everything out. I am completely open and tell her what I do, who I go on dates with and what happens on the dates. I will be going to Okinawaw, Japan in August and was wondering if I should propose. I have prayed a lot about lust and I am trying to not lust after other woman but it will be hard for 2 years w/out her. I am scared to death to lose her but I would hate myself more and for the rest of my life if I ever did anything to hurt her. What should I do? And does anyone know any ways to not lust besides praying?

I’ve gone through a lot of $hit in my life. We’ve been dating for 8 months and she knows it makes me uncomfortable knowing that she is dancing all night with other men; but she sees nothing wrong with it. She wants to go out dancing with her sister for the weekend. This makes me so sad; I told her if she wanted to go she can. I’m scared that my feelings will change towards her; because we’ve already talked about this in the past. I don’t want this to jeopardize our relationship.

This guy has flirted with me before and then was mean to me a couple of times. Then apoligized for it. Sometimes would make eye contact and then sometimes wouldn't look my way. Saw me really fixed up one day and especially ignored me then. He's 24 and I'm 34. He's taken a turn lately and has just been really friendly but not in a flirty way. Also started asking me work related questions. The 3rd time I didn't know the answer I laughed because again I didn't know. I went over to a friend and laughed when I looked back he saw me laughing. He ignored me the next day. He was on vacation for a week. When He saw me he stared but when I got closer to who he was talking to him quickly walked off. He is always eyeing this girl at the other side of the room he doesn't even know her. Do you think he had any interest in me but because of my age, he's more interested in her? And why did he ignore me?

I have never used those three little words before....But Now that I THINK i feel it i have no clue how to say it to him. I have always told him that i would never love anyone and that I never wanted to hear those from from anyone!.....So he has held back alot from expressing his feelings towards me.....He has hinted that feeling alot but he won't say it and im glad he doesnt. I have tried and tried to talk to him about this. (this has been going on for about 5 years). He won't tell me the reason. My girlfriend seems to find it necessary to let me know when she thinks another guy is hot. If there's someone on television who she thinks is hot, she makes sure to tell me. Now I'm not sure how to react to this. I'm not going to deny that I'm a little insecure when it comes to the way I look, but I don't need to know about every man she finds attractive. I never mention to her any woman I find attractive, because I want her to feel like she's the most attractive woman in my life.
