I went swimming at my neighbors house (shes 28 im 21) and well she got me drunk. So i decided to lay down on her couch and she started kissing me on my lips not on my face. I kinda liked it so i let her finish. I feel ashamed about it now.... she wants me to go over tonight, should I?

It's definitly hot from a male point of view.
But not worth it if you feel ashamed.
Unless you come to terms with your actions you could regret them for a lifetime,kind of a high price for a dip in the pool.
I would say that it was a one time thing and you should really figure out what your feelings are about it before you do it again.
You could be leading her down a road your not ready to travel.
So think about it before you go over to do the breast stroke.
