No, sorry to say this but your too young. If I were you I would wait; trust me you are not going to be with that boy for the rest of your life.

Why? It doesn't matter if you have been together for two life times you are to young to "MAKE OUT" if you do decide to do this can you be sure it WONT go all the way and if it does what would you do if you got pregnant at this age?How would you feel staying home with a child all the time when your friends are going to parties the prom on real dates etc.So think about it.

Actually you're too young to even have a boyfriend, and eventually making out will lead to more serious issues which you are not ready to handle yet. Enjoy your youth, have fun and experience life. You will have plenty of time to worry about having a boyfriend and making out, which will lead to other things. Boys will be boys, and they will want to go beyond just making out. You may think it would be harmless to make out, but when you get older you will know what I'm talking about. Look around, talk to your friends and family members and see what advice they will give you. Be cautious, safe and respect your youth.

Oh No! is way too young....you should still be watching Barney & Friends!!! Seriously though, I believ ethat at age 13 you should be worrying about getting good grades in school, not about boyfriend issues. Wait till you are a Junior or Senior in high school. That is when Boys become fun! LoL

No - Because if you really wanted to make out with him, you wouldn't have to ask other people. You're not ready yet, neither is he. It'll be better if you wait til you're at least in high school. Enjoy the smaller things with him for now.

What do you call making out? Kissing a bit is ok. But if you mean should you have sex, definately not.
You have enough time for that later.
Ask yourself this question, "Am I old enough and ready to take care of a baby if I get pregnant"? and if the answer is no, there is your asnwer because it doesn't matter how mature you are accidents do happen.
Save it for your husband.

No, go play with your friends. Wait til you're 25...lol....or at least 16. Don't grow up too soon, you only get one childhood. I know it seems like it lasts forever, but once it's gone, you'll realize what you had. Be a kid, save the adult stuff for a few years down the road. You won't regret it.

NO it's not like your going to be with this person forever you should let yourself up at such a young age I'm 13 too so I know what your going through but I know we are not old enough
