I am getting married in Baltimore County, Maryland. My future husband and I live in Harford County, Maryland and will continue to reside there following the wedding. So in which county must I apply for my marriage license?

I have found that if you can find a way to laugh through a bad situation, it helps at the very least, ease the tension. My friend says that for her it makes it worse. I have never heard this, so, I thought I would ask ya all. So, WHAT do you THINK???

My ex of 6 months, out of the blue spent 4 nights out drunk and on bars. He couldn't even remember what he did. When he didnt come home on the last inght I packed my things and moved out. I have been chatting with a guy for the past 5 months. I have been very friendly and close to him. Since i got his email from a matrimonial site one day my elder sister took his phone number because she wanted to inquire about this guy. That day when i chat with him i told him we are friends and nothing more than that. When i decided that i must meet him, the whole week i have been waiting for his call but he didn't call. Infact when i saw him online & asked whether we are going to meet, he changed the day of meeting since he told he is busy. But he wanted to have dinner in the first meeting itself. I told him it's not possible for me and i told him i want to decide whether he wanted to be serious with me after meeting. But he isn't ready for any type of serious relationship. I told him i am really sorry i cant continue with friendship because i m being forced to do so. Now he doesn't want to chat with me anymore....he thinks it's my fault & i have resented him..I really miss him.

Ok, heres what happened. My friend was going to marry a girl after 2 months knowing her and he added her to the title with the word and on it.How can he legally get her name off of it? She will not sign her name off. The insurance is in his name not hers. They dont live together and are not getting married now. She told he she wants nothing to do with him now and he can't use or have the car back. Is there anything he can do to get the car back? She had the title in the car and she has his things in it and wont release them either just giving his things away to people. Any ideas? let me know if you need more information.

we've been together forever (8 years) and have a 3 three old little girl. The last 6 to 8 months of our relationship has been BS. i mean, we get into fights over nothing, and sometimes eevn in front of my baby girl. i love him, but i feel im not in love with him.. Since a few weeks I know a nice girl. Today we talked for the first time on the phone - I called her (she gave me her phone number a few days ago). The discussion was more than ok - she already knows that I want to ask her out because that's why I've asked for her phone number. I am 23 and my husband is 25. No matter what I do, I can't get him to do anything with me. He says things like "we will later," "we will in the morning," etc. But, of course, he never does. He says he IS attracted to me, but my self-esteem is really bad since this all started. We dated for 6 years before we got married and have been married for 6 months. My fiancee and I just decided to get married in about 3 months. I asked my best friend for 10 years to be my Maid of Honor, and another good friend to be my co-maid of honor. I want them both to be a huge part in my day they both mean so much to me, but in different ways.
