Should i like turn and give a flirty look or should i ignore him?

im not saying hes like a stalker but he was pretty cute and i kinda found him attractive too.

Guys are dense when it comes to picking up clues, so don't ignore him if you like him, or he will think you don't like him.
Make eye contact and smile

What I do is look him in the eyes, run my eyes slowly from his head to his feet then back up his body and back to his eyes. Then give a flirty little grin, quickly put my eyebrows up and down, then turn away. But when I do it, it usually turns the guy red because he knows he has been checked out. If I'm not interested in him I just ignore him. Or stare back until he lowers his eyes.

Idk, is this guy a stalker? I would stay with a group of friends and maybe call for help from a cop or something....
Ok, so....Maybe if he wasn't a stalker...um, how do u know he's not? hmm?
I guess if he was cute, I would maybe flirt with him...but it depends on where and what the place is like. The environment.
Idk, the world out here is crazy, even the cute guys could be the really creepy types.

it depends on u n whether e guy is cute.
u can juz stare back til he turns away if u wanna see how shy he is.
however,if he keeps doin' it,juz walk away or glare at him.
i had tis guy fren who kept staring at me,i was really turned off n told him off.it turned out tat he was attracted to me.but it was creepy.

Stare him down until he feels threatened and then stomp his knees in if he gets too close.

if hes a good guy and you know him its ok to talk to him but if he;s a complete stranger you need to beware of him.
