It is very rare for that to happen especially if he already has a girlfriend(s) b/c some people do not attach any of there emotions to the person or people they have sex with.He comes back b/c he knows that you will be there.He hides his personal life because he isn't trying to make you part of it.If you don't mind the way things are I would say continue with it, however if you're looking for a relationship you should look elsewhere.Good luck to you!

As long as both of you know that it's only a booty call, and nothing more, then that works for the two of you just fine. If you want more, and hope for more, you're going to be disappointed I'm afraid. A "booty call" is just that! Sexual satisfaction....
