you should go up 2 her and start a conversation (if u feel u can) and get 2 know her a bit then say "hey ur a really great person and I would love 2 get 2 know u better"

If you have known her for a while,one day casually walk up to her and then ask her in a relaxed,simple but deep tone.
"I am going for a movie this Saturday,and would like you to come along.What number can I reach you at?"This question ties her in a deep spot,and she either has to say yes or no,do not ask her if she is free.Women always pretend to be busy.
"Hey,there is this nice coffee bar in town,I have always wanted to take YOU there.How about Sunday?"
Do not leave it open for her as in "When are you free to go for a movie".If you are not sure what she likes,you can leave it open for her to suggest.Good suggestions....Art Galleries,bowling,go to the library together,go volunteer somewhere etc

well first you ask her to be friends and then ask her out....friends go many places together..... and then later after the friendship ask her on a date.... one step at a time...good luck..

do not call her or send her an email if she didn't give it to you you should write her a note like would you like to go to the movies or do anything this weekend then write your number or tell her reply

First of all...remember to b yourself......b a gentleman..and most importantly...flow wit the natural flow and ryhme of life.....do what feel natural...dont force anything...allow it to flow naturally......and you'll b fine...
