I have lost all ties (anything in common) with my old best friend. She follows me around and tries to hard to stay friends with me. How can I tell her to find a new BFF? I've tried telling her staight out but she changes the subject.

you must remember the times you shared together there must have surely some enjoyable moments of life spent with her and the times you shared your sorrows with her and she comforted you and the times you were happy she laughed along with you once you find new friend you shouldn't forget old friends it really hurts and if she is following you all the way even though she knows that you are not interested means that she really wants to maintain our friendship.KEEP IN TOUCH WITH HER and tell her that you even need to devote time to your newly found friend.

I know you have said that you have told her straight but why dont you just try once more and she still doesnt listen then put it down on paper, as it may become more real to her when it is written in black and white.
I know that this may seem a bit old fashioned but its worth a try isnt it???
GOOD LUCK.

Tell her to leave and never come back. Accuse her of stealing something of yours
