I have found that if you can find a way to laugh through a bad situation, it helps at the very least, ease the tension. My friend says that for her it makes it worse. I have never heard this, so, I thought I would ask ya all. So, WHAT do you THINK???

I agree with you! Sometimes life can be overwhelming and stressful. Just when I want to throw my hands up and give in, I hear my boys laughing because they are running around acting like farm animals. It makes me laugh, and in turn, I feel much better. I realize that nothing is worth a bad day. The more I laugh, the happier I am. Children laugh all of the time........

Absolutely (well, maybe besides an epidural!) :) It makes her worse? Never heard that. Maybe she's just trying to be controversial. I agree with you...not taking things too seriously and laughing through bad situations definitely makes life easier!

Laughter is the best medicine. Studies have shown that people who laugh more have actually conquered uncureable diseases like cancer. Laughter is also universal. Everyone can understand it.

If you can laugh at even the worst possible scenario, it lightens it , yes. I try to laugh, instead of cry, when things go wrong. Works for me!
