My life has been like hell for the last 1 year,,since my parents divorced am living with my dad who's drunk 12 hours a day,,My dad is a huge bossy control freak,,am not saying am the perfect daughter i have been rude and mean with him before but he is absolotly driving me insane,,i have a 9 year old sis,,and i have to take care of her with her homework and everythin,,clean the house,,and cook for everyone and am 13,,he is always complaining and whining about EVERYTHING he never looks at the bright side of anything,,i cant live my own life,,i cant go anywhere else..HELP

I met this girl about a year ago and I was in a relationship then. After we split up this girl started to show up at my house at all hours of the day. I am a 36 year old m and she is 21 year old f.
She acted like she wanted a relationship but everytime she got mad at me she was going back to her childs father. So nothing ever happened between us. Then when she hears I am moving on she shows back up after 2 weeks and spends the weekend with me. 2 days later she is going back to her childs father again. Me and him talked and I didn't hear anything from her for about a month now and now she shows back up again. Do I accept that she is just a friend with perks or do I stay clear of her this time. She is a very good friend to me and I enjoy spending time with her even though I know nothing will ever come out of it.

They live with their dad. It will make my mother angry but it's not up to her. Is it worth getting her angry or should I wait until the kids are 18 and let them look me up if they want to?

I used to take them to the movies and out to eat and stuff 4 years ago and also 7 years ago.

I miss them a lot and have heard from a relative that my brother is not doing well. He's making terrible grades and is too attatched to his girlfriend. He's only 14.

My ex called me out of the blue one night and started complaining about his gf at the time (now they r broked up) He told me how much he misses me and that he's never loved anyone the way he loved me and that he wanted me back(he even got emotional on the phone). I do love him, but now he never calls me, and it's strange becasue that was the main reason why I broke up with him becasue we lacked communication. We even talked about that. He hasn't called me in like a week and I'm really upset, becasue if you truly love someone you'll call them from time to time. How should I go about this situation? HELP!!

I have this huge crush on a professor of mine, but I realize it's not a good thing to act upon for both our sakes. I don't want him to lose his job, and I certainly don't want to ruin my life either.

But I cannot stop thinking about him. I have enrolled myself in all his classes for the past three semesters just to be around him. Now that I don't take anymore classes with him, I wonder how I would be able to see him without coming off as creepy. Visiting a professor's office for no apparent reason is too stalkerish.

I'm sure there are people out there who could relate to how I feel. Any advice is appreciated.

Please spare me the inane one-liners. Thanks in advance.
