Well, I'm not a good match for a freindship, but I will give you advice about making friends.
First, you need to know what school you will be going to.
White Marsh Mall is 3 and a half miles from Parkville.
Visit Claire's, Suncoast Motion Picture Company and/or EB Games and look at things you like. Look at the jewelry you like, the movies you like and the games you like.
When someone comes and looks at the same stuff, talk to them, tell them you like the whatever they are looking at as well. Ask them what school they go to and go from there.
Since you know what school you will be going to, you may run into someone that will be in your school when summer's over.

Maybe the best way would be to hit a bar or club.
