My dad is a chemical engineer, and is highly skeptical of global warming. He believes that the earth is actually undergoing a massive climate change, and that global warming is merely the early warning symptoms of a coming Ice Age, which we won't actually see for thousands of years, much like what killed the dinosaurs. I don't really know what to believe, since both arguments seem logical - what do you think?

Some electicity vehicle advertisers ask the people to prefer their electric bikes intead of petrol using bikes which emits smoke. So by using those bikes or scooters we can control global warming..?? But anyhow using electricty also indirectly causes global warming know? what i meant is production of electricity by nuclear or thermal power station also emits gases which causes global warming. So using any type of vehicles it causes global warming, right? or does electricity fuelled vehicles make any differences? Is there any other way of using vehicles which avoides global warming?

Okay, forgive me for being a moron....plants do need carbon dioxide right to survive right, to turn into oxygen? It's been about 10 years since I've had a science course and back then I didn't exactly pay attention.

Why do we recycle paper? Surely it grows on trees - wait it is trees?! Recycling uses bleach which is really bad for the environment and growing trees is good for the environment. Do we just recycle to make ourselves feel a bit better?
