Who's your favorite Beatle? John, George, Paul, Ringo? My Favorite is Paul. I think he's an amazing singer and a very good songwriter. He's was pretty cute back then, too. John is a close second. A very gifted man.

I'm a Christian. I'm also an avid music lover. It drives me CRAZY when ppl tell me they can't get into a band just cause they are christian. Most of the Christian bands I listen to really rock, (they include Pillar, POD, Reliant K, Red, DC Talk, Skillet and hip hop artist Toby Mac) and are just as good if not better than their secular counter parts...so why is music not as good just cause its Christian?

Did you enjoy it? I just went to a concert they did at Wolf Trap Virginia and it was FANTASTIC!

Probably one of the very best rock shows of a classic nature I have been to in years. Vocals were strong and enthusiastic, jamming was strong, not at all like a bunch of guys going after a check, this was rock at its finest knocked out by seasoned pros!

I have never seen them live before, and this year I have been on a quest to see some of the best classic era Rock and Pop acts that are still on the road and who still have a majority of their classic lineups intact.

I saw THE DOOBIE BROTHERS, and that was very good, but the MOODY BLUSE was even better, even right down to a nice light show and video backdrop accompminent!

I'm glad I want despite the rain...so, have you ever seen the Moody Blues in person?

Do you know if there are any TV specials airing here and there about old JT? Such as Behind the Music, or maybe Biography? A&E does quite a few rock and roll personalities...and of course BTM is all about rockers' lives. Maybe there are other series out there that I'm not aware of.

If I was tipped off to an episode about JT, I could DVR it.

I have been a huge fan of JT for years and years and first and foremost I love him as a musician. I would love to hear HIM talk more about his life in and out of the biz, his collaborations, his ups and downs, of which there are plenty.

The only lyrics I remember are something like "maybe I should leave, maybe I should go..."

He has a soft, quiet voice and also says something about "my loneliness" and "my life away" (or perhaps "my life again").

I'm going nuts, and Google hasn't helped me one bit, the piece of junk.

I really like avenged sevenfold. What are some similar bands that play speed metal, double bass drum and screaming solos, without a lot of deep/death screams.

I like evanescence and thought there weren't many bands like it, but recently I listened to a few Lacuna Coil songs and was blown away. Of course they're very different from evanescence, but what I mean is are there any other rock bands with girl's singing so good out there?

Not the ones that have other guys screaming in the back and with a lot of death metal influence. I mean more melodic ones, a little gothic but not that much. Thank u!!!

There have been many boards on the battle against rap. And I 100% agree with all of them. Rappers and "gangsters" are nothing but stereotypical people who think beating their women, drugs, cursing, sex, and selling their music to a younger audience is cool. The way they even talk is disgraceful such as "Yo son my low rider is mad tight yo, we gon pick up some hoes and take um to da bar fool". The thing that upsets me the most is that rappers have absolutely no talent. All they do is sit there- try to make up some bull crap rhymes and then steal a beat from a former hit. How the hell is that talent?! I am a young teenager and I have given rap many chances but I don't get the concept of it. Look at rock bands such as KoRn, Alice in chains, Nirvana and Green Day. These people have actual talent. They pick up their instruments and sing their heart out because they have actual talent. They give the time to amuse and express their feelings to everyone who loves rock.

Is there anyone else out there that felt The Beatles were overrated? I personally liked a band name The Kinks better which was around back then. Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying they sucked or anything. I think that The Beatles consisted of four extremely talented men but some of their songs were not really what they were hyped-up to be. Some of it was very corny & too simple. I liked John Lennon a lot in his solo career, I love the songs, Imagine, Whatever gets you through the night, #9 Dream, Instant Karma, & a lot of them, but as for the Beatles, the only album I really liked was, Sgt. Peppers Lonely Heart's Club Band, I liked a few songs off Abby Road, & honestly only one or two off the White Album. Anyone agree or disagree & care to share why?
