you've obviously forgot the undisputable champion Jimi Hendrix. A front man is still a front man if he leads the band whether he plays an instrument or not. Second I would have to say Jim Morrison of the Doors. Then Janis Joplin. T4

TBH, i think of its all a private style... like each and every thing is with music. ok, properly, as for the instrumentalists... its form of frustrating, simply by fact while you're taking a band, lets say... The Beatles, particularly, they used like what, 4 chords or so? and lots of their stuff (a minimum of early on) became fairly elementary... yet it sounded a-freaking-mazing. and you comprehend how distinctive human beings say they could particularly have the guitarist play slower than say, like the guitarist from Dragonforce? Im the comparable way (lower back its own). I dont unavoidably like how some guitarists experience the could desire to tutor off with one thousand 3 hundred and sixty 5 days long solo. yet on the different hand, an instrumentalist does could desire to have ability, and skill, you comprehend? if he sounds terrible, im not listening to them -.- And as for the vocalists, i like it while they have distinctive stages, it retains issues interesting and not uninteresting. whilst a singer, i hit upon that they are form of like tale tellers, in a manner. they want their voices heard and that they could desire to maintain the listener hooked. "Is it skills to take a nasty making a music voice and make it sound particularly sturdy, alongside with Kurt Cobain or Brian Johnson?" I dont think of that that's unavoidably skills. I only think of a few human beings can pull it off, and a few human beings won't be in a position to. i think of that as quickly as you play an tool whilst making a music, that only takes practice... distinctive practice. not unavoidably skills. BQ: UGH, its frustrating simply by fact I recommend, a band won't be in a position to stay the comparable by way of their complete profession.. that'd be sooo uninteresting at a time later on in the bands profession.... yet on the different hand, i does not choose a band to alter each and every album the two. stability is the main my buddy. BQ2: Dylans :-) BQ3: oh geez... properly, The Beatles, Black Sabbath, crimson Floyd, Queen, RHCP. < 0.5 of those have been random possibilities, I spent too lots time on the 1st 0.5 :P

David Lee Roth had to be one of the best in his day. I'd say Steven Tyler has to go into the top 10 anyway, he's one of my top 5.

Jimi Hendrix. The man could play, had great charisma, and invented many stage moves like playing with the teeth, setting the guitar on fire, and many others. he also was very, uh, lets say "open" with the crowd.
