what would the metalheads do?

I think the BEATLES were if not the greatest, one of the top three bands of all time. I like everyone of their songs (except the "newest" ones they did for the comp CDs).
My question is...what happened to their talent after that band? I have never heard any of their stuff after the Beatles that even touches the quality of the music they made with the band. Lennon had some OK stuff, McCartney stuff doesn't do anything for me, Ringo stuff is just goofy, and George Harrison solo records are more boring than Clapton's late 70's output. Would they have had a career in the 70's if the Beatle thing hadn't happened to them?

And the people who answer ONLY know about their hits.

Like your not a fan if you don't listen to their deeper stuff....

Alright, I'm trying to make a stencil for a shirt. I wanna use this little guy.

http://i8.photobucket.com/albums/a50/Lisinity_x/googly.gif

I'm pretty sure it's a Radiohead related image. Idk if it's from an album, or just something random. But, what's it's name, or where can I find a bigger image?

(And telling me "Google" will not help if I don't know the name of it, everybody.)

The Dead as a group was not a band, they were a presence...a force.
Never before nor since has there been such an ectasy within music, that can come close to what a Deadshow could be.

We all know that the Beatles are credited with being one of the most influential bands of the Baby Boomer generation (so much so that we still love them!).

What band do you feel has been the most influential band of OUR generation? Why?

I've been struggling with this question since someone asked me a couple days ago. I can't come up with just ONE.

There's no right or wrong answer here, I'm just curious to your thought processes!

I keep hearing that 'Foundations' song but not getting it - it just sounds like a bad female version of The Streets/Just Jack or maybe it's just me!

Does anyone rate this artist?
Is her album any good?
Any decent tracks to listen out for?

The 90’s marked a bad chapter in the history of rock in terms of drug related overdoses. Andrew Wood, Kurt Cobain, Shannon Hoon, Jerry Garcia, Brad Nowell come to mind. Fortunately, this decade has faired a lot better. Still, the ghoul in me poses this question: if you had to pick three famous artists, who would you predict to suffer a similar tragedy? Here’s my list.

1. Marilyn Manson
2. Ville Valo
3. Scott Weiland – I think he’s sober now, but he is like a permanent fixture on any dead pool list.

Who do you think is the best rock group ever? I would say that when it comes to innovation and starting everyone off, The Beatles without a doubt. But when it come to the playing of instruments and incorporating the voices to create some bad tunes, Led Zeppelin takes the crown. What do you think?

It's a bit older maybe from the 90's I remember hearing it as akid and I heard it today and I've got the chorus stuck in my head but I can't make the words out apart from 45!
I think the chorus repeats like 4 times (not sure) and both lines have 45 at the end but I think the beginning of the line is different... if that's of any help.... It's all I can remember...
