i took drivers ed last year and passed it.
im gonna go get my license on wednesday (Sept 12) but the thing is, is that i need the waiver that i got proving that i passed the driving test.
heres the other thing, i have to go pick up the waiver from my old coach but they cant give out the waivers until after Sept 13 and he's not gonna be there till friday but i need it by wednesday.

We have tests every fortnight sundays. The non test weeks i don't even touch the books.I'll do anything besides studying. The week seems to fly off. And the next week i'll open the books on friday and the tension is too high to control then. I've got 6 huge subjects. Thanks god for some brains he's given to me that i pass but i know that i can do really well. During every test i'll decide that this time i'll definitely study from the beginning but something or the else removes my determination. I feel like hitting myself hard. I've tried so many methods. What should i do?

A director is talking about the movie saying:
"I think that's clear but sometimes it isn't.
In the theater sometimes that line, which I love, is, "Whap them, whap them!". It always struck me as funny."

What does "clear" mean in this sentence?
Does it mean "can' hear", or "it get laugh but sometimes it doesn't" ?

Please help me!

Okay, so my friend and i are trying to organize a trip for our middle school to go somewhere out of town for like a couple of days. We decided to try this because other middle schools take trips to washington d.c. for educational purposes and we hope our school can do the same thing too. It is going to seem hard to get this trip into a major matter, so I would like to have your opinions on how to persuade the people at our school to organize a trip for us eighth graders to go somewhere. What i mean by people are the principals, school teachers, and the school faculty. I would appreciate all your answers to this question GREATLY. =] For your information, the places we want to go to is: Washington D.C. (S. Studies) and Disneyland for our graduation.

I am a very smart student but the problem is that where I am seated the guys around me make me laugh and I keep getting in trouble by the teacher and I don't like getting in trouble by the teacher and now I sit somewhere else but the guys seated around me now are still more funny! My point is, do you have any good strategies that will keep me from talking and getting in trouble with my teacher? Please help before I get sent to the principals office and before they call my parents!

Good afternoon, Mr. Waterman, Mrs. Pine, Teachers, Staff, Parents, Guests, and fellow students. My name is ______ and I am running for president.
Dedicated. Responsible. And Enthusiastic. These are three words that describe me, and three reasons why you should vote for me. I cannot promise that if I am elected we will be allowed to chew gum or have no homework. But I can listen to what you, the students have to say, and pass it on to the faculty. I will try my best to meet any student requests. If that isn’t good enough, then I am not the person to elect. The only promise I can make is that I will try my hardest to help you, the students, have a memorable school year. Some ideas I have to improve the school are: more fundraisers, better food in the snack shack, and more electives. I believe that I am qualified to represent our school because I get good grades, served on student council last year as Spirit commissioner, am involved in many school activities such as t

It's a workbook that I keep for English. but the teacher said we need to protect it. Regular fabric covers don't work. I'd rather not go out and spend money on expensive covering materials, but if I must... What can I use to protect it?

I buy a lot of items from eBay and Amazon.com and sometimes the seller would give me a tracking number. The other day when I was home USPS supposedly left a notice for to pick up my item at the post office. I found out this information online. So I go to the post office show them the tracking number, they could not find my package. USPS took my information and said that they would call me. I checked my status online and it still says notice left. That was three days ago. So I called the USPS hot line and gave the them my number. They go to the post office which I already did. But if the notice is left why is it not at the post office? The information is not accurate. Why is that? Is there a way of cheating on confirmation numbers. Could somebody know someone from the post office and deliberately mislead people?

My Grand daughter is convinced that she wants to go to uni., but I never went, and earned good money cleaning large manors - I even got a job as a carer for young and old. In my day it was extremely rare that a young lady would go on to third level and we are far more intelligent, diligent and applied to whatever we are doing - albeit a crossword puzzle! I was wondering what is best for her; I just feel she needn't, and I don't want World War III to occur between my children and her. Please give advice to let me view the situation with a good perspective!

This is really for those who left school many years ago, but I suppose anyone can play!

I remember my music teacher Mr Lucas from primary school. Taught me to play harmonica and set me on the musical path. He also chose the music for assembly and I remember singing songs by Rod Stewart and Eric Clapton rather than hymns!
