I'm 23 years old. As soon as I graduated highschool I joined the military. I was unable to to take any college class while I was active. Now I'm out and I don't know how to get started. I know nothing about how to even start. I've done some researching online but i'm just so frusterated about it all. I am confused as I live in Scotland but when I leave school I want to go to an English University. However, to get in I would need AAB at A-level, but since I can't do them because I don't live in England I need AAB at advanced higher in the same subjects. I feel that this is unfair as advanced highers are far harder than A levels and they have to be completed over 1 year. When I asked about highers I was told that even if I got 5 As it would not be enough, but I always thought that 5 As at higher was equivalent to 3 As at A-level, since although they are not as hard, you have to do more and complete them over 1 year instead of 2.

Was going for Nursing, but heard about the "turn away of students due to lack of teachers" so Ive been considering Rad Tech program while finishing up on pre-reqs at school. Whats the average SALARY for a Rad Tech? How much COMPETITION is there out there for this type of job?

I find it utterly amazing how these kids show blatant disregard for rules and regulations. What's more amazing is that people actually answer the question for them. No one is doing any one favors by answering questions due to laziness.

Should this problem be addressed more vehemently and what can be done about it?

ive felt really sick the past couple of days

All I can think of is:
- No divorce
- No sex before marriage
- No same sex relationships
- No contraception
- No abortion
- You must have a child if you get married

I have this weird anxiety disorder that I scared to start school. Every year I have been like this since kindergarden. Every night when I lie in bed, it takes me 2 hours or more to fall asleep. I think about school, friends and other problems in life. Its not like my grades are D's, I normally get A's and stuff. Counsilling and medical remedies don't really help either; I'VE TRIED. I go to one one the best schools in the country but I don't know whats wrong. Serious answers only every single answer that is inappropriate will be reported. Thanks everyone!

My GPA is 3.8 out of 4 unweighted, and is 4.7 weighted, sat 1 score is 2190, psat is 220, act is 33. I am graduating 2nd in my class, i am the captain of speech and debate, captain of academic decathlon, vp of key club, vp of nhs, i am a member of mayors youth comittee, i am a black belt in karate, play guitar for 8 years, am on the soccer team, i am a intern at a local state college. I have taken all the ap classes in my school, and have received A's in them, i have taken and received good scores on the ap tests, I also can speak hindi, latin, and spanish fluently. I aspire to be a doctor, and am going to apply to direct- med programs, or iv league schools. With all these credentials, a good personal essay, good lors tell me my chances of getting into a school i mentioned. Sorry for the lenghty question
