My GPA is 3.8 out of 4 unweighted, and is 4.7 weighted, sat 1 score is 2190, psat is 220, act is 33. I am graduating 2nd in my class, i am the captain of speech and debate, captain of academic decathlon, vp of key club, vp of nhs, i am a member of mayors youth comittee, i am a black belt in karate, play guitar for 8 years, am on the soccer team, i am a intern at a local state college. I have taken all the ap classes in my school, and have received A's in them, i have taken and received good scores on the ap tests, I also can speak hindi, latin, and spanish fluently. I aspire to be a doctor, and am going to apply to direct- med programs, or iv league schools. With all these credentials, a good personal essay, good lors tell me my chances of getting into a school i mentioned. Sorry for the lenghty question

just to clarify, i was writing this very rushed so my grammar and spelling is terrible, dont worry i am a much better writer and i will not make stupid mistakes in an essay

Your chances are very good. Go visit some of the schools and see which ones you like.

It's not "iv" league, it's "ivy" league. I'm not a graduate of an Ivy League school, but I am a college grad. Make sure when you write your personal essay that you review it for grammar errors like the ones in your question. It seemed like one long run-on sentence & there are words that should have been capitalized which weren't. Also, instead of using anagrams for the different positions you hold or tests you have taken (for example- vp or nhs) don't assume that they know what these mean & write out the whole phrase. Remember, you are competing with A LOT of other students, so make sure everything you submit to these schools is as close to perfect as possible. Best of luck to you!!!
