For my English conversation class, I made the following sample dialogue using "what's wrong with somebody/thing?" Pleae made correction. And give some more good example. Thank you.

A : I could not finish my homework.
B : What's wrong with your computer?
A : I don't know. It won't boot up.
B : You'd better call a support center right away.

A : I'd like to get married.
B: What's wrong with Susan? She is a wonderful person. And pretty.
A: But, she is a little too proud.
B: Oh, you have to be patient to such a small thing.

A : When shall we meet?
B : What's wrong with tomorrow.
A : Tomorrow would be fine.
B : Please do'n't forget bringing an umbrella. Supposed to rain tomorrow.

A : I want to make better grades.
B: What's wrong with studying harder?
A : I am afraind I am so busy these days.
B: Come on! You will fail next exam.

OK, so I normally make notecards for everything and study off from them solely. However, they take so much time to make that I don't have. The other day I had a huge test that I didn't have time to make notecards for (I found out the day before it) and I just copied the pages in the book to be studied, highlighted important info. and tried to recite it/write it down.


THIS METHOD DID NOT WORK; I think I failed:-(. (first time for everything, huh)

But, do you haver any quick methods that actually work and help you retain a vast amount of info? THANKS A LOT!

I have to find a famous speech for my speech class and analyze it. Does anyone know of any interesting famous speeches? The audience is made up of college students...so something interesting to them is always a plus.

Please don't suggest MLK's speech...its already being used by 3 people.

Also, where can I find a video of the speech? YouTube is preferred so I can show it before I start. Thanks!
