People who are native speakers of English even have a hard time with it, like any language its near impossible to learn it perfectly however let me see if I can help.

I don't know of any sites, but your grammar seems excellent, although you sound a bit stilted and unnatural. What you need to do is try to get around some native speakers to learn how to talk more normally, that is, less formal.
