what does it mean ...it is me and other guy or other guy.. who got selected?

you were not selected. After the final interview, they selected someone else.

Sorry - that's the polite way of saying that you didn't get the job. But keep applying - you obviously made it into the final cut, so you have lots to offer an employer.

It pretty much means they picked the other one but I can see why you would be confused. First they say they picked someone else then in the same breath they say the are waiting for more information, My guess is they did pick the other one.
