They are the most expensive piece of furniture in our life...and could be re-used, many many times.

We re-use forks, after washing them. We re-use sox, after laundering them. Why not slip the corpse into a bag and then re-use the casket?

It seems such a waste, if you don't mind my asking.

Recently I've been considering becoming a writer. Well, at least as a personal hobby. I am not at the point of deciding whether or not I want to pursue it as career.. But, I have become interested as of lately in writing stories, poems, reviews, anything really. Now, I have never been much of a writer - mainly because I have never been really motivated in school or anything until now - but I wrote an essay for one of my courses and my professor found it so good that he wants to submit it to the Dean of the English department. So, this sparked an interest in me for something I have never considered before. And now I find myself dying to express my thoughts into words. With that being said, what can I do to improve my writing besides simply practicing it? Perfect practice makes perfect, as I see it. What are the fundamental elements I can study? I mainly want to concentrate on advanced style and structure of poetry and essays. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

I needs a descriptive word for the letter 'O" that could be used to describe a cub scout or boyscout. I am in need of this within the next day or two. My weblos will give a presentation at our annual banquett in a week which is an Aloha theme and each boy will have a descritive word about scouts for each letter of Aloha (ie: A- attitude, L- loyalty, O- ?)

ive been doing a business management and information and technology course for 3 years now! During that time ive changes citys, met my future wife and made new friends.

but now its depressing that i cant find a part-time job that gives me the expereience i need that relates to the course work and future job i want :-(

so i applied for a job that would give me the money id like to earn and the expereince i need, saldy its full time! so i would not be able to do both my college and the job as it would get tiyering and one or the other would suffer!

WHAT WOULD YOU ADVICE?

Ok, Im a sophomore in high school, and for freshmen, and the first part of sophomore year, I received alot of D's and F's out of laziness. Now in my second semester, I have a 3.8, is there any chance that if I continue to get good grades that I can still get into college ?


I lived in japan for 3 years because my parents are in the military, so moving back to the states after freshmen year took a little adjusting.

I am 13 years old and this i smy frist year doing a 4-H demonstration project.
I am haveing a lil bit of trouble coming up with ideas for what to do my project on
my 4-H leader said i should start out doinga "how to" project
which is like how to do somthing.
Any body got some creative ideas?
