4-H demonstration ideas?

I am 13 years old and this i smy frist year doing a 4-H demonstration project.
I am haveing a lil bit of trouble coming up with ideas for what to do my project on
my 4-H leader said i should start out doinga "how to" project
which is like how to do somthing.
Any body got some creative ideas?

In my high school the kids have to do a demonstration speech in health class. They always do something that they know. Sometimes they will do food because then the class gets to eat it and that always makes them happy.

Is there something that you are really good at? I like to cross stitch and to make scrapbooks. It would be easy for me to deomonstrate a basic scrapbooking page, but if you do not do that then of course it would be hard.

Think of some things that you like to do and that you could explain to someone. What are your hobbies? Is there a school subject that you like a lot? If you really like science then maybe there is a sort of experiment that you could demonstrate. Perhaps you can ask a teacher of your favorite subject for some tips or a book to borrow.
