I was just curious as to know if anyone know the current events of Hawaii? The land is being taken away still. The culture has declined. The language has declined. The cost of living is high and affordable housing is expensive. The local people here can hardly afford rent. It's over crowded. I fear that this paradise will soon be lost. Does anyone know what really going on here? It seems like Hawaii's a forgotten state.

plz dont talk sh1t about my times if ur guna dont answer then. i am a freshman at university high school and i joined track at the begining of this semester (6 weeks ago). i practice and pracice, even have a P.E. class "which your not supposed to if ur on a team" and i suck. i mean when i first got to this school i had no idea i wanted to run. 1st semester my mile time was like 7:45 towards the end of the semester it was 7:06. in track we now have meets every fri and i always come in near the end. ppl say jus keep practicing but the more i practice...SO DOES EVERYONE ELSE! lol. today i had a meet at LA high and my mile time was a little under 6 mins i no thats a good inprovment but i came in 3 places away from last. any suggestions on how i can practice better? a certain stretch? running tips? anything. thanks.
