I read an article that said that not only are Harry potter books being renamed, they are having words such as biscuits changed to the American cookie so that readers can understand.

So do you think American English is destroying real english? Can you provide examples?

I already posted theis question, but i put it wrong. Im a JR. in high school and i hate school i hate everything about it. I get good grades and i found this test called the CHSPE which gives me my diploma. I want to get a job if i get out and go to my JC. I know it will be more work but i want to get on with life and start doing somthing that i want to do. Should I do it.

What are some fairly easy ways to get volunteer hours? Where are good places to volunteer, and where are places that aren't worth the trouble. FYI, I was going to babysit my cousins, but my school doesn't allow babysitting to count. Even if you don't get paid.

My orthodontist name is Jerome, how would you pronounce this? Is this another form of Jeremy?

This seems like an odd question, but he has never actually SAID his name to me and I have been curious if it is simply Jerome, or it is spelled similar to this.

In those old fashion movie (like the black and white ones) what are those numbers called in the beging.....the ones that are counting down?? They usually start with 5...then 4....3....2...1..0...THEY THE MOVIE STARTS!!

Their's this class at my school called ADC and you go there to get help with a subject. And a Sr or a Jr helps you with that subject right so I go their to get help with Algebra. So my person is a Sr and I get so nervous when I get near her that I can never get help from her. I usally wait intill she asks me if I need help because I can't ask her because sometime she is doing her work and I don't won't to bother her. So I never can get my work done what should I do because my math teacher really won't me to get help from her but I am so nervous to ask her. So what should I do I wanna get help but I am to nervous to ask and I don't won't to bother her so please Help me what should I do about me being nervous around her because she is an upper class men and I don't won't to wast her time. Som help me please!!!
