Can I sue 2 different parties for the same case in small claims court. The paperwork only has room for one party. I feel that 2 parties are at fault and should both suffer the consequences for breaking the law.
If I did sue 2 people and the judge found that I should have only sued 1 party, will the second person just be thrown out or will he get a judgement against him too?
This has to do with a landlord and a property manager he hired to take care of the property I rented. They won't give me my security deposit back. I'm suing but I dont know if I sue both. The property manager has information that will help this case.

and let's say with the same amount of output coming from each source, & the source from each is side by side; which one would start to diminish first, & could you manipulate either one at the furthest point to encourage further distance... dont ask me why I thought of this question,I was just eating a bowl of sugar puffs & it come into my head.

I truly cannot decide on what i should study. I must know soon because come next school year, my steps toward college and a career will become more prominent, because i will then be a junior, and in my school, colleges and whatnot visit us when we are juniors and seniors. Im interested in sooo many things, some things more then others, and im not exactly sure what i am good or bad at. I love music, singing, writing, art, for i am a very artsy person. I also wish to help people in life, i love children, and i wish to do something that actually benefits not only myself but many people if possible!

I am a very laid back mom who hates putting pressure on her kids. I hated my parents for it while I was growing up. I do everything I can to make them happy (within reason). My question is how do I drive the importance of good grades into my two teenaged sons head without them hearing blah, blah, blah? I think that it is important now days more than ever for them to succeed. Do you have any sugestions of what I could tell them. If you have good thoughts, I will let them read them for themselves. I love them so much and know that they have a tough road ahead. What they do now, paves the road for their future.

im quite new 2 the high school,but theres this girl in my class which is so mean,horrible and always embaresses me shes so cruel and hates me 4 some reason maby its because im new or shes jelous of me.Wat she does is the 1st time she said hi and all that how r u and then she was being friendly and made me laghf so i laghed it was funny she was making funny faces then its where it started she said WOT R U LAUGHFING AT ITS NOT FUNNY DONT LAUGHF ITS RUDE! i just ignored her with a face as if i diden understand wats she talkin bout she said R U A LAGHF AHOLIC i said no then she began pushing her friend on me the 1st time i acepted its alright she diden mean it ,then she done it the second time! then i knew that she was doing it on purpose i just smiled and ignored her now every time i c her she says DONT LAGHF! i wasent even laghfing! she just likes to mess with me and she said to her friends i look like 7th yr when i am 9 wat do i do! how can i make her stop shes anoyin me help advice!

I've dopped out of optional education because I wasn't completely satisfied, among other courses. Is there any British courses/jobs that would suit me? (I'm into creative writing and such). I'm 16 so I'm not entitled to a huge number of jobs. If you know of anywhere in the Midlands, that'd be great. I don't need a definite answer as such, just a background.
