I agree with the others that you cannot make a person love you. What you can do is care about that person. Serve that person by doing things for them and letting them know that you care. Be a friend to them. Help them when they need help. Encourage them to do better in whatever they are doing. Remind them gently of appropriate corrections that you may notice. Be honest and open in your conversation. Do things together with this person. If you are comfortable being together and doing things together and talking with each other, then friendship and perhaps love will grow out your time and personal investment. Love is not something to be forced. It comes when personalities click.

You can't make anyone do anything. A person decides on their own, who to love and who not to love. Period. All you can do, is be there for that person, laugh, play, tell jokes, converse, be serious when needed, etc., etc. If it is going to happen, it will. Good luck.
