106 is less than the national average however IQ tests do not measure all aspects of intelligence and are very controversial. Creativity and other aspects of intelligence are overlooked. Therefore there are many forms of IQ testing. Last time I took an IQ test I was a 132 and felt somewhat disappointed as I was hoping to come out with something in the 140's. I know people that have scores over 160. People with mild mental retardation who are educable get scores as high as 70. I would recommend that you do a lot of reading and of course exercise your brain frequently.

The score of an IQ test is calculated by taking how the testing says your mental age, versus your actual age, then multiplied by 100. If your mental age is 16 and your actual age is 16, then that's 16/16, which is 1 and multplied by 100 is 100. A normal score would be 100. The higher your mental age is above your actual age, the higher your score. Normal range is from 84 up to 116; superior range is from 116 to 130; gifted range is from 130 to 140; and genius range is 140 and up.
People who are saying this is bullshit are only half right. You can't exactly use it as a measure of seeing who's smarter than who. Someone with a score of 117 isn't necessarily smarter than someone with a score of 113. And someone with a lower score isn't necessarily dumb. About the only thing you can use it for is that if someone scores high, it's very safe to say that they're pretty intelligent.

Okay first you put what ever it was the total. For example 120, okay so you just put into 106/120=x/100 and you going to get what grade you get.

Where did you take it. If it was online, you cannot trust it. If it was at school it is a real test. The answer is your IQ on the real tests though.
