Someone in the middle of the ocean, quenched for thirst (water, water all around nor a drop to drink)
Draw a scene from saw
Two people...one of whom recently turned cannibal (two stickly people, each w/ a thinking bubble, one of food, the other with the person with an apple in mouth)

You can draw a child with a refrigerator that shows nothing inside. You can draw a homeless person. You can draw a picture of someone who deprives himself of eating.

sickly, starving, and living in a world that has nothing to offer him
