If you've ever gone on an over night school trip, of course you get 3 other guys in the room. We leave for Florida thursday and i have thursday through sunday night. What should I wear to bed, which I'll be sharing with my friend. I have pajama pants, but I usually sleep in my boxers.

It's good to wear something you're comfortable with. But in this case, you're with your friends...so image counts. Some people don't like friends sleeping with just boxers.
So, what you can do is that you can bring both to the sleepover. But, try to observe what your friends are wearing....follow whatever they wear. If all are wearing boxers, then you follow wearing boxers. If all wearing pants, then you follow wearing pants. If some wear pants and boxers, then you can decide which one you're confortable wearing.
But the main thing is don't let your friends get a bad impression of you.

do not wear boxers that have the opening in the front for your Mr. T to poke your bed buddy

Just don't sleep naked or wear anything you might be embarrased by if you wear it. It might be too warm to sleep in pants since you'll be in Florida. You should be fine in boxers and a tee-shirt.

just make sure u got your underwear on, and then u wear your pajama pants over it. good luck man.
