Has anyone have been behind on credits in highschool if so what did u do to graduate on time with everyone else

Here are a few senteces...see if they make sense.

1.)Tnstead of walking straight from the farmhouse to the rodad, we set off in an OBLIQUE direction across the field.

2.)Although she tried to cover it up with lively BANTER, i could see that her fefeling had been deeply hurt.

3.)We desperetly needed every bit of help we could find, but what we got was a WANTON of advice and a scarcity of cold cash.

Whnever I am reading something I either don't remeber what I read or don't understand. I'm a straight A student, but I feel like I'm not as smart as the other students. I have a really bad long term memory, so I can't remember anything from my previous years of school. How can I comprehend what I read quickly and remember what I read so I can catch up to the other people in my class? I also do a lot of daydreaming, which probably contributes to my "learning disability" as I am calling it. What should i do?
