I'm more concerned about the elderly licensed drivers that can barely see over the steering wheel and putt along the freeway going 40mph when the speed limit is 70mph while everyone is locking their brakes and trying to go around and barely missing one another. I've never seen an illegal with a fake drivers license but I know about 9 American guys who have one and are definitely a danger to the public. What is the "serious danger to others" they pose that you mentioned? I lived in LA for 40 years and was burglarized twice, robbed once, was the victim of a hit and run, had my wallet stolen while visiting a friend--and I could go on but you get the idea--and it was never done by an illegal immigrant. They were all born and raised in the U.S. I'm not a bleeding heart toward illegal immigrants or against American citizens, but I know one thing: every group or culture has bad elements. Every one.

You forgot to add that most of them are uninsured drivers.
