I work in the medical industry. Luckily for you, if you tell the school (or who ever) that you had a doctors appointment, there is no way they can verify it. It is against the law to give out patient information to anyone other than the patient (or parent if a minor). If they ask you for a note from the doctor, just say you tried, but couldn't get one. Doctors are so busy they don't have time to write notes to the teacher.

All you have to do is have your parents write a note or whoever and ask them to sign it and that as long as you say that you were sick and had diaherra or something, they really dont have any of the doctors information and cant call him or nothing like that or just say you didnt go to a doctor. You really dont need a doctors excuse just an excuse right? Here is an example of one: To whom it may concern, my son ... wasn't feeling good yesterday September 7, 2006. His allergys were messed up and had a bad runny excuse. Please call me for any help. SIGN ... Or, just say you had a religion Holiday. THEY HAVE TO EXCUSE THAT or in our school. But good luck but i wouldnt make up a doctors excuse.
