Yes, Russia is part of Europe; especially since the rule of Peter the Great. He promoted the idea of Europe "from the Atlantic to the Urals", and promoted the trade of goods and knowledge, between Russia and a number of European nations.

Russia is in Europe but I think it's apart from the nations in Europe. Sorry if I'm wrong.

The western part of Russia is in Europe. The eastern part is in Asia.
