Because every job requires some kind of math. I used to think like you until I got into the real world and now I have to learn the hard way.

Things will "add" up in the end, you will know that you have something to "count" on, it "divides" you from the rest of the people who are so stupid that they can't count their change, it "multiplies" your intelliegence by making you the whiz of your class...

Haha sorry couldn't help that, but yeah Math would help you alot later in life. In different university courses especially engineering and sciences. I thought Biotech is a non-math course...boy, was i wrong. Anyway, math gives a quantitative way of seeing whatever is being studied.

Unless you don't want to go to university, even so, it would definitely help in making you smart as math can take people places. Trust me...I seen it happen...

Most high paying jobs require several years of math studies, like medical and scientifical fields. Math can help your everyday life too.

You will need it in order to handle your money, for one thing. Paying bills, computing your mortgage, making investment decisions, comparison shopping -- all of these require math skills. You will use it every time you measure something or cook. It helps your critical thinking skills and hones your logic. The list goes on and on.

some of the stuff will be used throughout your life and so you should know it!!!!!!! sure, by then, they'll be caculators that can do everything but learning it will burn it into your brain.
