I'm a senior in high school & I'm taking AP Calculus, AP Govt./Econ, Anatomy & Physiology Honors, Spanish III, Psychology, & AP English Lit. On top of that, I have other extracurricular activities (I'm on 2 dance teams so I need to practice my moves at least 4 days a week, on varsity badminton, Honors Society, California Scholarship Federation, Key Club, Academic Decathalon, & tutor kids in an Elementary school). This spells out that I need to drop AP English (no time to read books inside out & write essays on them this year). But all the regular english classes are full & my request to switch out was denied. Please give me some good pointers to get out of that class & into a regular one. This is way too much 4 me to handle.
And I plan to become a dentist in the future...if u think I should hang on, should I continue taking this class...will it be significant to dentistry?...even though I'll be at my wits ends to keep up the grades (Calculus & Anatomy require so much attention too!)

At our school, if you are in an AP class, you get 10 extra points added to your average for that class. I was number 1 in my class last year because I was in swimming and the number 2 girl was in band. Both do not give 10 extra points. However, now the number 2 girl has quit band and signed up for another AP class in that place. Therefore, she is getting 10 extra points that I am not getting. I don't want to quit swimming because I love the sport, and I've been swimming in club too. It's a really hard choice for me. Also, all my best friends are swimmers. Please help me. What should I do? Quit swimming for valedictorian spot OR just try to find a way to work it out?

today during gym my cell phone was stolen from the locker room. Lockerroom was looked, but somebody managed to take apart the lock on the door and opened it. Anyway 10 dollars and my 400 dollars cell phone was stolen. Coach gathered all guys in the locker room and scared everybody that whoever did that is better to return the phone, or he'll cal the cops. Than he walked me out of the locker room and said that cops won't look for my cell phone because i'm noot allowed to have it with me at school. After that he said that everybody can go the class and took me to the school officer. All the officer did was just collecting my data, cell phone model and it's price. He told me that there nothink he can do about
( they have ******* survelance cams everywhere, but video doesn't get recorded!!! what for they need them?!!!!!) i bought my phone on ebay (unlocked) so my cingular phone insyrance won't cover it. Anybody please give me an advice - i don't know what to do. please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
