I am looking for a good website for teaching basic fractions (including adding, subtracting, etc.) If not, does anyone know any good workbooks for this?

the a million/3 signifies that your dividing each thing by using 3 or thirds. a million has 3 one thirds in it you've 3 and a a million/3 of those. 3 has 9 one thirds in it and the a million/3 = has one one. one 0.33 in it That equals 10 one thirds. 6 is going into ten a million and a pair of/3 situations. answer is a million 2/3
