My kids have to wear uniforms since last year.

I did in my Catholic high school and I loved it. I never worried about what I was going to wear to school the next day and everybody looked the same. My daughter doesn't have to wear them but I wish she did, she's only 7 and it takes her 30 minutes every morning to pick out what she's going to wear.

Sometimes I'm not sure what the cause of my upset is,,, but... I have had various types of food poisoning too many times in my life. I went to a chinese restaurant here a couple of years ago,, and got sick.. and didn't go back there until a few months ago,, went in to check it out,,, got sick again! I went to a deli and they advertised home-made sausage - I tried some,, it didn't set well, and I got sick. :( One time I ate some potato salad,,, it did look kind of off color,,, got sick. One time I microwaved a capon for thanksgiving,, it didn't cook evenly,, got sick.
I get diarrhea, and feel sick, like chills and weak, sometimtes nausea,, and it lasts a few days for me... this last time it was off and on for two weeks because it set off some complications.
It seems that mostly it has been meat that has made me sick. I also got sick in the Dominican Republic from bad water. :(
I try to eat only in places I trust to observe good food handling techniques... no wiping their noses with gloved hands. No leaving the food out for a long time at room temperature. I check to make sure the place is clean, the aprons are clean.
I am very careful about fish,,, and I sniff it and use it up quickly,, same day or next day. I smell things a lot. Check the color,, pink is a good color,, grey is not... moist is okay,, slimy is not. Watch out for molds. Check to make sure that freezers are cold enough so that food is solid.

Wow. Noo. I only heard Private schools Do.
I did in 2nd grade
I went to a Public School.
But they dont wear uniforms anymore.

My little bros Public Middle school only allows 3 colors of polo shirts and 2 colors of shorts below the knee, shirts tucked in all the time.

yes my step kids have to wear them and I'm all for the uniforms!
