I am a New Jersey high school senior and wish to be a pharmacist someday. Rutgers is the only school that has the pharmacist program, and it is a good school for sure. However, it seems that it is only the 27th best pharmacy school in the nation, according to a list of ranked pharmacy schools.
Some people are saying that the school that you graduate from does not really matter, as long as you have good grades. NOW I AM CONFUSED. Should I then bother to apply to UMich in Michigan, which is the 3rd best pharmacy school in our nation according to the list but will definitely have a higher tuition? Help me out, please~ THANK YOU.

I will be a 3rd year undergraduate student at UCSC. I really want to transfer out of this college (to UCD, UCSD, UCLA, or Cal), but I am afraid that the chances of getting in are unlikely. I have asked several people about this situation and most of them think that I should try for it. Or, should I finish strong with the rest of these 2 years? Some of my friends who transferred out think that it is best to apply for transfer to a better UC and make that transfer if I get accepted. I want to start writing my essays, so please answer! Thank you!

Taking the SAT for the 1st time and get a score below average, and the 2nd time get a score nearly average, so I want to take it the 3th time. Do you think it is better to take it the 3rd time? How the UC look at our score? Do they look at all of my score?

Ok, so I have an AA degree in general studies, I'm currently going for my bs but I don't want to be one of those ppl with a bs and there's nothing they can do with it they have to get a ms and so on, I want to make big bucks NOW. I heard that diagnostic medical sonographer, x-ray tech and cardiovascular tech make a very good living so I was interested in going that route so what would be the best thing to do what classes to take should I continue with a bachelor or do I have to start all over again. I found out that you need an AS degree so probably I'll just need to take a couple of sonography classes? Please help me with any suggestion or best way to go about it. Thank you very much

Hello everyone!
I am taking Calculus this quarter. I am a little nervous about it since. I have heard so many bad things about calculus. Is it really that hard? If so, what is so hard about it. Please remember, this is first quarter Calculus in college...

I want to major in something like Computer Science (or something of that sort) and want to stay in California. What school(s) would be a good one to look at? I have heard that UCLA and UC Berekley are good schools with technology. Are there any other CSU or UC schools that are very good in their technology education?

I am taking some hard courses this year such as physics and pre-calc. With my GPA I just might just make the cut into Northeastern University, MA or another college around the same academic level. I want to know whether dropping Spanish in my Senior year will have any impact on me getting into college or decrease my chances in any way. I was thinking instead of taking Spanish, I should take a class that has to do with my future major, psychology.

I've been out of school five years this May, and have been working mediocre jobs, and would like to finally begin my career. I've been on the job hunt for a year, without any good leads. I want to go into Marketing, or International Business with some sort of computer component. Any suggestions? Is there a typical masters program I should consider?
