early years foundation degree?

does any one know what are the options for progression from this course -work wise and qualification wise

Do you mean early childhood education? If so, good paying jobs are few & far between. Pre-school jobs pay nothing, and K-3 jobs are tough to find/get. Better to get an elementary education degree.
