I've been out of school five years this May, and have been working mediocre jobs, and would like to finally begin my career. I've been on the job hunt for a year, without any good leads. I want to go into Marketing, or International Business with some sort of computer component. Any suggestions? Is there a typical masters program I should consider?

Yes, you should study for, take, and kill the GMAT and apply to schools for a Master's in Business Adminstration (MBA).

Not to be too obvious, but an MBA would clearly be what you are looking for at this point. Look for one which will complement, not repeat, the things you already learned as an undergrad. Go to the best school you can get into, because especially on the international business side, the jobs are not too plentiful unless you graduate from a really good program.
